We offer a return or refund for any defective items within the warranty period. For more information on warranty periods, please refer to the individual product specifications.

If you change your mind about an item, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be in re-sellable condition.

The buyer is responsible for return postage and a restocking fee may apply if it is over 7 days. We only guarantee the item against manufacturing defects.

We recommend that all items be professionally installed on your vehicle. But if you are a handy, skillful DIYer, you can do it yourself with precaution. You should at least check the parts, fitting,and pre-assemble or dummy fit it before starting to install it. Not all items come with instructions. Templates and instructions are provided as a guide only. You should check the position of all mounting, drilling & cutting before doing it.

If you have any doubt, please contact us directly before installation. Once the item is installed on the vehicle, you are not eligible for a full refund unless the product is faulty. We do not accept any responsibility for damage caused to your vehicle or other content during the installation of the item. For example, dents, paint scratching, etc.

In rare cases, the item can be faulty or damaged from manufacturer or during its transport, so if you see the install procedure will damage your car, please stop it immediately and contact us. We won't take responsibility if you damage your car installing a damaged or faulty part.
